Instead special guest Galina Datskovsky, Ph.D., CRM replaced Mr. Pulzello, who could not come due to an unforeseen circumstance that demanded his attention. Dr. Datskovsky, herself a former ARMA International President, focused dazzlingly on policy development as she showed through real cases how we can use The Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles (“The Principles”) to build a solid, legally defensible programs for information governance that can carry our organizations into the 22nd Century.

She gave us permission to post her presentation entitled The Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles Maturity Model: Is Your Organization Ready?
